<p>In this explanatory document of the Collective Labor Agreement for Theater and Dance, social partners have included further explanations for a number of topics. These are topics about which questions are frequently asked. If an explanation is available for a provision, this is indicated in the text in a blue box with a &#8216;T&#8217; as shown in the example below:</p>

The explanation in these explanatory texts is intended for further information, but is not part of the formal collective labor agreement text. If the explanation unintentionally deviates from what is regulated by law and/or in this collective labor agreement, the law and/or the collective labor agreement will be decisive.</p>

<p>Op 2 december 2024 hebben de Kunstenbond en de NAPK een principeakkoord bereikt over de Cao Toneel en Dans voor 2025 en 2026.<br>De cao heeft een looptijd van twee jaar en geldt van 1 januari tot en met 31 december 2025 tot en met 31 december 2026.</p>

<p>Op 20 maart 2025 is de Cao Toneel en Dans 2025-2026 algemeen verbindend verklaard (avv). <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Model stagecontract voor dansers en acteurs in opleiding</h2>



<p>Stagiairs zijn leerlingen/studenten die werken (stage lopen) als onderdeel van hun opleiding. Het werken in de praktijk is bedoeld om ervaring op te doen in de praktijk. Het model stagecontract is een voorbeeld van een stageovereenkomst.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Cao Toneel en Dans 2025-2026 met toelichtingen</h2>



<p>In dit toelichtingendocument van de Cao Toneel en Dans is door sociale partners bij een aantal onderwerpen een nadere uitleg opgenomen. Het betreft onderwerpen waarover veelvuldig vragen worden gesteld. Als er bij een bepaling uitleg beschikbaar is, dan wordt dit in de tekst aangeduid in een blauw kader met een&nbsp;<strong>‘T’</strong>&nbsp;zoals in onderstaand&nbsp;<em>voorbeeld</em>&nbsp;weergegeven:</p>
